London Film School Workshops

Writers’ Gym

Whether you’re just getting to grips with your writing or ready to turn that treatment into a feature script, Ellis Freeman’s Writers’ Gym is here to help. Writers’ Gym I aims to stimulate ideas through play. Its goal is to help participants relax and identify the stories they want to tell.

Building on these techniques, Writers’ Gym II participants get stuck into writing a first draft of a feature project.

Directing Actors: Getting the Right Performance

Designed for directors with some filmmaking experience but little understanding or training in the performing arts, this new 5-day workshop with director Udayan Prasad (MY SON THE FANATIC, SILENT WITNESS) guides participants through the fundamental techniques for directing actors.

Book online at www.lfs.org.uk or for further details contact Carolyn Atherton: workshops@lfs.org.uk / +44 (0)20 7836 9642.
